Q:  What is flashing?
A:  Flashing basically allows your Amp'd, Alltel, Sprint, Verizon, some Virgin Mobile, and Helio (CDMA phones) to be able to work on Cricket.

Q:  Can you flash my AT&T/Cingular or T-Mobile phone to Cricket?
A:  Absolutely not! NO ONE CAN! Only CDMA phones such as Verizon, Sprint, etc. can be flashed.

Q:  Is flashing phones illegal?
A:  No, it is completely legal to use your phone on another carrier such as Cricket.

Q:  Can you make the internet and picture messaging work on my phone?
A:  We can enable the internet and picture messaging on certain phones. For a complete list of these phones please visit the internet phones page.

Q:  A friend of mine said that his Sidekick could get flashed to Cricket, can you do it?
A:  Your friend is a liar. NO ONE CAN FLASH ANY GSM PHONE TO WORK ON CRICKET.

Q:  What is the difference between a GSM phone and a CDMA phone?
A:  Basically GSM phones use SIM CARDS to hold your phone number and identification. Whereas CDMA phones have it stored and programmed into the phone.

Q:  How much do you charge to flash a phone?
A:  WE ONLY CHARGE $25! In fact, your phone is flashed while you wait in the store. Unlike other stores who charge $65 or more and it can take hours or even days 'til your phone is finished being flashed.
